Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Velvet Caviar accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original Velvet Caviar packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
